Meals
Both Saturday and Sunday lunches are vegetarian. Please book by March 1st in order to guarantee availability.
Meals may include wheat, egg, soy, and/or dairy products. We regret that it is not possible to provide for special diets during the Dharma Celebration. We are also unable to store food or provide a space to heat up food. We have made the break long enough for participants to go off site if they require a specific diet. There are many local restaurants and grocery stores near by to meet a variety of needs.
General Information
Everyone must register at least 24 hours before arrival.
You will receive a letter confirming the details of your registration and payment. Please keep this safe and bring it with you to the Celebration. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter you will be required to show some form of photographic identification in order to register for the Celebration.
Early Arrivals and Late Stays
If you are arriving early or staying late to help with the Celebration, please make arrangements directly with KMC MD registration, by emailing info@meditation-dc.org.
Children
Children are always welcome at the Mid-Atlantic Dharma Celebration. Although an adult guardian must be with the child at all times, there will be a video link room that will enable parents to watch a live feed of the teachings while still being close to their children. The video link is on the café level with a restroom close by for your convenience. KMC MD can provide basic art supplies for kids, but you may wish to bring toys to keep your kids entertained during the weekend.
Pricing for Children can be found in the “Celebration Fees” section.
Special Needs
There are wheelchair-accessible toilets and and entrances at the Celebration venue. For hard of hearing, please contact info@meditation-dc.org for special seating.
Parking
There is limited street parking near the Temple.

Profits raised by the Festival are dedicated for public benefit to the International Temples Project and used for the development of the KMCs and Temple Projects throughout the world.
