Teachings on the Practice of the Five Forces

Kadam Morten will give teachings on how to integrate our Dharma practices into our daily life by means of the Five Forces. These are:

  1. The Force of Motivation
  2. The Force of Familiarity
  3. The Force of White Seed
  4. The Force of Destruction
  5. The Force of Aspirational Prayer

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says in ‘Eight Steps to Happiness’,

“If we sincerely engage in our Dharma practice in conjunction with the five forces, we shall gather all the causes and conditions for attaining the realizations. If all the causes and conditions for deep and genuine realizations are assembled, nothing can prevent the effect.”
